With the flowers blooming and the grass growing in March, the Spring is coming to us with the breath of green. On the occasion of the beautiful Spring, NTFLS carried out the Arbor Day activity with the theme of “Protect the Oasis and Grow Together”, and all the teachers and students actively participated in it.
種竹交加翠
竹，青神之韻。當竹子和植樹節不期而遇，又會萌發怎樣的希望呢？AS和A2年級的男生們興致勃勃的扛著竹苗前往種植地，挖坑、放苗、填土、澆水，各個班級師生合作，各司其職，大家都干勁十足，合力栽下了竹苗。
Boys from AS and A2 carried the bamboo seedlings to the planting field with great enthusiasm. They dug pits, placed seedlings, filled in soil and watered them. The teachers and students of each class cooperated with each other to perform their own duties. All of them were full of energy and worked together to plant the bamboo seedlings.
播種正當時
IG年級的任務是打造一方小菜園，同學們都是第一次嘗試，興奮之余又有些手忙腳亂，在老師和專業師傅的幫助指導下，鏟土、播種、灑水、覆膜，每一步都順利完成。種下一粒種子，種下一份成長，從此大家都多了一份牽掛，期待我們可愛的瓜果蔬菜收獲之時！
The task of IG grade was to create a small vegetable garden. It was the first time for them to try it, so they were excited and a little confused at the same time. With the help and guidance of teachers and professional, they shoveled soil, planted seeds, watered and covered with plastic sheeting. Every step was successfully completed. Plant a seed, plant a hope and from now on, we all look forward to the harvest of fruits and vegetables!

From planting bamboo to sowing vegetables, each step seems simple, but it is not easy at all. We have closely participated in the growth of a bamboo seedling and a seed. We hope our students are just like bamboo, absorbing the sunshine and striving to grow.
